Prerequisites
To complete the EFR instructor course, you need be at least 18 years of age and must have completed EFR Primary and Secondary Care (CPR and First Aid) within the past 2 years.
What You Will Need
You will need the EFR Instructor course Start-up Kit that includes a complete set of instructional materials. The kit is available for purchase in our shop.
What You Will Learn
Your role as an EFR Instructor is to be a coach that creates a positive learning environment. Along with learning how to structure and organize EFR courses, you practice:
- Presenting course content.
- Encouraging self-discovery in students.
- Evaluating student understanding and skill mastery during hands-on skills practice.
